Spending hours in the water with dolphins, we will explore toning, sound communication and cetacean decoding to recieve and unpack personal messages. So much joy!
INNER CHILD AND SOURCE CODE CHRYSALIS
Each day, we will begin with meditations designed to heal and nurture our inner child, guiding us to reconnect with the parts of ourselves that until now have remained unconfirmed and unloved. Through these meditations, we will return to our source-code chrysalis, where the dolphins, acting as our spiritual guides, will help us shed old layers of trauma and emotional turmoil. Through gentle exploration and guided practices, we release past wounds, embrace our authentic selves, and invite more lightness and happiness into our daily existence. This process will allow us to emerge reborn, fully integrated with our authentic selves.
HEALING FAMILY MATRIX
In the embrace of the dolphins' joyful energy, we will heal our family matrix, releasing non-benevolent patterns and traumas inherited from our parents and ancestors. Together, we will free ourselves from anything that no longer serves our highest purpose, stepping into our truth with clarity and strength.
COMPASSION AND INTEGRATION
As a group, we will lovingly acknowledge and reactivate our inner child, those frozen fragments of our past, allowing them to mature into the present moment. We will learn to recognize that the source of all love lies within us, empowering us to embrace our wounded parts with compassion and bring them back into wholeness.
REBIRTHING
This retreat is not just a journey of healing; it is a sacred rebirth. Guided by the dolphins, we will return to our true essence, stepping into our highest selves, free and fully aligned with our purpose.

ABOUT THE BOAT
With her elegant hull and modern, light-hearted appearance and generous comfort M/Y AMBR welcomes you into an experience of luxury and deep relaxation.
All of your needs are taken care of by attentive crew. You will be catered to and all of your meals will be provided (included in the price of the retreat.)

Extend your stay for 4 days in a beautiful, peaceful oasis
After a week on the boat we will head to Wadi Lahmy, only a few minutes away from the Hamata marina. This resort has beautiful gardens and pristine coral reef and allows for a nourishing, integrating break before you had back into civilization. We did this in 2023 and I can't say enough about how beneficial this time of integration is.
PROGRAM: no program on day 1&2 (personal integration), afternoon workshops on day 3&4
